We strive to make sure our customers receive value for their money and we are saddened by any returns.
Return Policy and Process
If you would like to return an item, here is a 3 step process
- Contact customer service using the email on the website and a representative will be in touch soonest. In the email please state the following
- Name of item being returned
- Date you bought the item and the means of payment used to purchase the item
- State if you want a refund or an exchange
- Reason why it is being returned in detail (We regret it is because of this)
- Correctly supply the pick up address, pick up time and date
- Repackage the item into its delivery package and seal the package
- If it is a refund that you require expect the refund in the account details supplied. We will also send a proof of payment to the email that sent the return policy details.

- We do not allow the refund or exchange of the following
- Active wear
☆Why we might refuse to refund or exchange the above items if :
- Items that are not in their original condition because
- They have been worn
- Items that have body odors, fragrance traces, lotion traces, glitter traces and have human hairs or pet hairs or the smell of cigarette and alcohol
- Tags have been removed and not in original packaging
- Items that are on sale.
Due to health concerns we will have to stick to the above conditions.
The exchange of lingerie and swimwear can only be allowed after notifying us 2 weeks after the delivery of product.

The item to be returned or exchanged or refunded must be in its purchased condition unworn and unwashed with all the original tags attached. Any returns or exchanges or refunds should be sent back in original, undamaged box and packaging.
